All drivers are paid by a percentage of the loads hauled. Starting percentage of all loads hauled in the USA is 25%. Any loads hauled into and out of Canada are paid at 27%. Drivers can receive a quarterly clean inspection bonus. Drivers can earn $50 for a level 3 clean inspection, $75 for a level 2, and $100 for a clean level 1 inspection to be paid out at the end of each quarter. Drivers are encouraged to recruit fellow drivers. If a driver refers another driver to TDS or Christian Transport they become eligible for a bonus. If the driver stays with the company 3 months, the driver that referred the driver will get $100, if the driver stays 6 months, its an additional $200, and if the driver stays the whole year, its an additional $300 for a grand total of $600.
